Reggie Bush History

                                                REGGIE BUSH DISASTER
Reggie Bush’s 2005 Heisman Trophy was vacated by the Heisman Trust in 2010, after the NCAA took action against USC for rules violations that included impermissible benefits given to the star running back. After a long and confusing process, Bush admitted in 2012 that he returned his Heisman — but the Heisman Trust did not reissue the trophy to another player.
When he was playing at USC he was accepting thousands of dollars from an agent. That’s illegal you cannot do that. Only if you’re a pro. So he accepted money in college and got payee in college so that made him loose Heisman.
It is against NCAA rules for college players to accept gifts from anyone. College players are student athletes, which mean while they are playing football, they are still preparing themselves for the rest of their life. Accepting gifts like this could sway a student-athlete to leave school early.
