Presidents’ Day is an American holiday that is celebrated on
each third Monday in February.
Presidents’ Day was established in 1885 in recognition of the
1st President of the United States George Washington by the government.
President George Washington’s Birthday is on February 22.
President’s Day first started in 1800 after George Washington’s
death in 1799 his birthday only became a perennial day
